Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
How to request a refund: Contact us at lushrootssupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Conditions: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Process: Once your return is approved, send the item back to the address provided by our support team. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-refundable items: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
